TAHINI GARLIC YOGHURT

This yoghurt is a great sauce for meat dishes or over your roast vegetables. We have it with our BEEF/LAMB KOFTA.

Gluten, egg, nut free

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Pinch salt and pepper

METHOD:

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Serve with any met or vegetable dish as a sauce or dressing.
  • We love it with my BEEF/LAMB KOFTA
