Banana dates hands

Gluten, dairy, egg and nut free.

So simple for a snack after school or work.


Serves 4

  • 12 x Medjool dates, Slice lengthways down one side. Remove seed
  • 1 banana, cut into 12 slices
  • 2-3 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • Coconut chips, optional



  • Spoon some peanut butter into the middle of the date.
  • Put a slice of banana into the date and top with some coconut.
